NC Child Care Commission Teleconference Meeting

The NC Child Care Commission will hold a Special Meeting by teleconference on Monday, June 3, 2019 to vote to either grant or deny a request for a declaratory ruling received from the Wilmington Christian Academy Preschool (Preschool), a ministry of Grace Baptist Church of Wilmington, Inc.  The request is to the applicability of rules 10A NCAC 09 .0513 (Administrative Policies) and .0514 (Operational and Personnel Policies) to the Preschool, a religious child care center operating under G.S. 110-106. The meeting will begin at 12:30 p.m. and will be held at the Division of Child Development and Early Education, Conference Room 165, 333 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, NC 27609. Seating will be available for the public.  Please see the directions to the Division.
