NC Social Services Commission Meeting

At its August 10th meeting the NC Social Services Commission adopted emergency rules in order to come into compliance with the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 2014. In accordance to G.S. 150B-21.1A when an agency adopts emergency rules it must also begin the process for temporary rulemaking at the same time. The Commission is also proposing temporary rules and will hold a public hearing on these rules on September 14 at the Division of Social Services, 820 South Boylan Avenue, Room 151, Raleigh, NC. The hearing will begin at 10 a.m. Please view the attached memo for further information.
