The NC Child Care Commission will hold a Special Meeting by teleconference on Friday, July 12, 2019

The NC Child Care Commission will hold a Special Meeting by teleconference on Friday, July 12, 2019 to review the Request for a Declaratory Ruling submitted by the Wilmington Christian Academy Preschool, a ministry of Grace Baptist Church of Wilmington, Inc. The meeting will be held from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and will be held at the Division of Child Development and Early Education, Conference Room 165, 333 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, NC 27609. Seating will be available for the public however, a teleconference number is not available for the public at this time. 

 

The Commission will hold its First Quarter Meeting on September 23, 2019 at the Division.

 

Directions to DCDEE, 333 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, NC 27609

From downtown Raleigh: Take South McDowell Street to Capital Boulevard.  Exit on Wake Forest Road.  Turn LEFT onto East Six Forks Road.  Turn RIGHT onto Selby Drive.  Parking is available in the front and back of the building.  DCDEE is on the second floor.

From Durham: Take I-40 East toward RDU Airport/ Raleigh.  Use the right two lanes to take Exit 289 for Wade Avenue toward I-440/US-1 North.  Continue onto Wade Avenue.  Take the exit onto I-440 East/US-1 North toward Wake Forest/Rocky Mt./Wilson.  Take Exit 8A for Six Forks Road.  Continue driving on East Six Forks Road for about one mile.  Turn LEFT onto Selby Drive.  Parking is available in the front and back of the building.  DCDEE is on the second floor.

From Benson:  Take 1-40 W towards Raleigh.  Use the right two lanes to take Exit 301 for Interstate 440/US-64 East.  Merge onto I-440 W/I-87/US-64 East.  Take Exit 10 for Wake Forest Road.  Use the left two lanes to turn LEFT onto Wake Forest Road.  Turn right onto East Six Forks Road.  Turn right at Selby Drive.  Parking is available in the front and back of the building.  DCDEE is on the second floor.
