NC Social Services Commission Meeting

January 9, 2019

The North Carolina Social Services Commission propose to readopt rules in 10A NCAC 10 pursuant to G.S. 150B-21.3A as part of the periodic review of rules process.  The Commission will hold a meeting to adopt the revised fiscal note and rules on January 9, 2019, beginning at 10:00 a.m., at the Division of Social Services, McBryde Building, 820 South Boylan Avenue, Conference Room 151, Raleigh, NC 27603. Please read the revised fiscal note and rule (.1007)
