Stabilization Grant Report Deadline is December 17, 2021

Your child care program’s required November Monthly Update to the stabilization grant is due by 11:59pm on December 17, 2021. This short report will take only a few minutes to complete. 

What information do I need to complete the monthly update?

  • Dates and explanation for any temporary closures due to COVID-19.
  • Current enrollment by age.
  • Detailed information for any new staff members (Staff and Training Worksheet)
