NC Social Services Commission Meeting and Public Hearing for Temporary Rules-September 14, 2016

10A NCAC 10 .0602 and .0702

At its August 10th meeting the NC Social Services Commission adopted emergency rules in order to come into compliance with the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 2014. In accordance to G.S. 150B-21.1A when an agency adopts emergency rules it must also begin the process for temporary rulemaking at the same time. The Commission will hold a public hearing on these proposed temporary rules on September 14 at the Division of Social Services, 820 South Boylan Avenue, Room 151, Raleigh, NC. The hearing will begin at 10 a.m. Please view the attached agenda and memo regarding the rules for further information.
