The NC Child Care Commission Meeting previously scheduled for October 24, 2016 has been cancelled due to the flooding aftermath of Hurricane Matthew. The Commission will meet December 12-13, 2016.

NC Social Services Commission Meeting to adopt Temporary Rules-October 12, 2016 10A

NCAC 10 .0602 and .0702

The Social Services Commission (SSC) will hold a special teleconference meeting for the purpose of adopting temporary rules for 10A NCAC 10 .0602 and .0702 to replace the emergency rules. These rules are necessary in order to come into compliance with the Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) Act of 2014.
